Example - Scream (1996)
Scream (1996) is a good example of Stuart M. Kaminski’s theory because the guy dressed as scream uses the famous knife to stab his victims which makes it look more gruesome. This shows that it is more personal because the scream guy is stabbing his victims.

Example - Saw VII - (2010)
Saw VII (2010) is a good example of Stuart M. Kaminski’s theory because the Jigsaw uses all sorts of sharp blades to torture the victim and to kill his victims. This makes it very scary and gruesome because it makes the audience feel like when they are in the dentist or doctors when they sit on a chair with loads of sharp blades this could happen to them which makes the scariness on a whole new level. These objects of knifes gives that extra touch with the SAW franchise then other horrors.
